1 Cup of water, unsweetened coconut milk, and/or hemp milk

2 Scoops of SP Complete Protein or Whey Pro Complete

1 Cup frozen strawberries

1/2 Avocado

1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp Flaxseed oil (optional)

Blend all ingredients until smooth. For added thickness add 3-4 ice cubes.
